NIW Application Process

The green card application process in the EB2-NIW is similar to EB1A. These categories do not need labor certification. However with the EB2-NIW I-140 application, we suggest you to mail a filled ETA-9089 directly to USCIS.

You can find the details of the application process at this link

Our self-help packets have an original approved NIW petition that you can use as an example.
